Returns Policy

At Through Rose’s Eyes Limited we strive for perfection. If on the very rare occasion you are less than delighted with your finished items please advise us immediately on 0161 241 8099 or email: info@throughroseseyes.co.uk

Items selected from our Portfolio Range that have not been customised can be returned with a full refund provided that:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • The item is unopened, in original packaging and in a resalable condition.

If you have received your item damaged, this must be raised with us within 5 days of receipt via email: info@throughroseseyes.co.uk

Anything that is made to your specific requirement or from our Template or Bespoke Design Service, and is personalised therefore cannot be resold. These items are non-refundable.

Please contact us letting us know if you wish to cancel your order and return the product for our Portfolio Range (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage).

Please note that you will have to:

  • Bear the direct cost of returning the product.
  • Do not destroy or throw away any product, even if it is faulty, before you have spoken to us and agreed that doing so will not affect any refund.
  • You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us).

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.
